"When I waited for checkout, there was only one register open and the clerk was taking her sweet time by chatting to the current customers and moving very slowly. When the 2nd clerk arrived after 10 minutes and took me, my purchase was completed in less than half the time it took the slow clerk to complete either of the 2 customers I saw her handle. I suggest if you only have 1 register open, make sure the clerk is efficient. 10 minutes would not be too long to wait if the clerk had been engaged and trying, but when they are not, a customer gets irritated. My clerk was very nice."
